Product Overview

The CFX100 is a 1" x 1" end‑suction centrifugal pump designed for consistent and efficient fluid transfer across a wide range of systems. Its hydraulic body and impeller are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, and chemical deterioration.

The pump integrates a high‑quality carbon/ceramic/Viton bellows mechanical seal, pressure‑rated to 150 PSI (10 bar), ensuring safe and leak‑free operation. Alternative seal configurations can be specified to accommodate specialized media or temperature requirements.

Hydraulically, the CFX100 delivers flow rates up to 40 GPM (9 m³/h) and achieves heads up to 54 ft (16 m), making it suitable for moderate‑pressure and medium‑flow duties. The 3.75" stainless steel impeller ensures balanced performance, smooth operation, and reduced vibration.

For installation versatility, the pump features 1" NPT suction and discharge ports and can be rotated in 90° increments to adapt to system layout constraints. It also supports multiple drive options, including 115V AC, 230V AC, 24V DC close‑coupled motors, and a pedestal configuration for flexible powertrain integration.

This combination of robust construction, configurable sealing options, and adaptable mounting makes the CFX100 an optimal choice for circulation, transfer, loading/unloading, washdown, and general industrial pumping applications.
