Product Overview

The CFX 125 centrifugal pump is designed around an efficient hydraulic architecture that ensures optimal flow characteristics across its operating range. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel using an investment‑casting process, the pump body and enclosed 4.76" stainless steel impeller provide superior structural integrity, enhanced wear resistance, and consistent internal geometry for maximized efficiency. This makes the unit particularly suitable for corrosive or chemically aggressive fluids.

The pump features 1‑1/4" NPT suction and 1" NPT discharge ports, enabling easy integration into existing piping systems. Additionally, its housing can be rotated in 90° increments, allowing flexible installation orientation to accommodate space constraints or system layout requirements.

A carbon/ceramic/Viton bellows‑type mechanical shaft seal comes standard, rated up to 150 PSI (10 bar), ensuring dependable sealing performance and enhanced chemical compatibility. For specialized media or elevated operating conditions, MP Pumps also offers alternative sealing options upon request.

The CFX 125 delivers flow rates up to 80 GPM (18 m³/h) and heads up to 87 ft (27 m), making it an excellent solution for transfer, circulation, washdown, boosting, or general process applications. Available drive configurations include close‑coupled 115V or 230V AC motors as well as a pedestal option for belt‑ or engine‑driven setups. This flexibility supports a broad range of operational scenarios across industries requiring compactness, efficiency, and durable fluid‑handling performance.
