Product Overview

The CFX50 is engineered around a rugged 316 stainless‑steel pump body and a semi‑open 316 stainless‑steel impeller, ensuring strong mechanical integrity and resistance to chemical and environmental degradation. Its hydraulics are optimized for smooth and consistent flow, offering up to 15 GPM (3.4 m³/h) on AC drives and up to 12 GPM (2.7 m³/h) on DC drives. Depending on model and drive type, the pump delivers head performance up to 16 ft (4.8 m), providing efficient fluid transfer even in more demanding operating conditions.

The CFX50 is equipped with a carbon/ceramic/Viton bellows shaft seal rated to 150 PSI (10 bar), ensuring reliable sealing performance when exposed to chemicals, elevated temperatures, and continuous operation. Special seal configurations are also available upon request to support unique application requirements.

The pump is offered in several close‑coupled drive variants, including both AC (115V, 230V) and DC (12V, 24V) options. This makes it suitable for stationary installations, mobile systems, and battery‑powered configurations commonly found in marine and transportation industries. For marine engine‑room environments, ignition‑protected motor options enhance operational safety.

A key advantage of the CFX50 is its flexible installation design. The pump ports – available as 1/2" NPT or optional 1" hose barbs – provide compatibility with various plumbing configurations, while the housing orientation can be rotated in 90‑degree increments to support tight or unconventional mounting spaces.
