Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 1 CC pump is manufactured using high‑quality investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance when handling chemicals, fertilizers, marine fluids, light industrial solvents, and other corrosive media. Its precision‑engineered semi‑open impeller design enables the safe passage of solids up to 0.15 in (3.8 mm) while maintaining excellent hydraulic efficiency. For high‑efficiency applications, a fully enclosed impeller is also available.

The pump is designed for flexible system integration and is offered in complete motor‑mounted configurations or as a PumPAK® (pump end only) for coupling to various motor types. Compatible motor frame sizes include 56C and 145TC, with pedestal and hydraulic motor‑driven options available for specialized installations.

With a capacity of up to 100 GPM (22.7 m³/h) and a maximum head of 140 ft (43 m), the ChemFlo® 1 CC delivers consistent performance across a broad operational range. The pump supports motors up to 3 HP (2.2 kW), making it suitable for both light and heavy‑duty applications.

The standard sealing system features a Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton® mechanical seal, offering strong chemical compatibility and long service life. For aggressive fluids or extreme environments, additional seal material combinations are available.

Accessories and optional features include recirculation taps, seal‑flush connections, and hydraulic or shaft‑driven pedestals, enhancing adaptability to custom installations and OEM equipment.
