Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 1 Hydraulic pump combines rugged construction with efficient hydraulic drive technology to provide a versatile pumping solution across a wide range of flow and pressure requirements. Featuring a 1‑1/2" x 1" NPT suction and discharge configuration, the pump body and impeller components are fully manufactured from 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior resistance to corrosive fluids, chemicals, and harsh environmental conditions.

A core design element of the ChemFlo® 1 is its semi‑open 6" impeller, optimized for handling fluids containing larger particulate matter while maintaining stable hydraulic performance. Optional enclosed impeller versions are available for applications prioritizing peak efficiency and tighter tolerances. The pump is equipped with a standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, engineered to maintain long service life under continuous duty and elevated pressures.

The hydraulic drive system utilizes gerotor‑type motors, available in .22 or .37 cubic‑inch (3.6 or 6.1 cm3) displacements, allowing operators to match system power requirements with precision. These motors support hydraulic flows up to 10 GPM (2.27 m³/h) and system pressures up to 2500 PSI (172 bar). An optional case drain port enables series operation in multi‑device hydraulic circuits, while select motor configurations support bi‑rotational operation for flexible installation.

Delivering flow rates up to 140 GPM (31.8 m3/h) and maximum heads reaching 350 feet (107 m), the ChemFlo® 1 Hydraulic is built for high‑performance transfer, circulation, and boosting applications. With its extended compatibility, reliability, and robust structure, it is a preferred choice for environments where stainless steel pumping solutions are mandatory.
