The Chemflo 10 is built around a robust 316 stainless steel construction, ensuring long‑lasting resistance to corrosive fluids and harsh operating conditions. Its hydraulic design features an enclosed 8-inch (203.2 mm) impeller cast from CF8M 316 stainless steel, optimized to deliver flows up to 650 GPM (148 m³/h) and heads reaching 260 ft (80 m). This performance profile positions the Chemflo 10 as a strong candidate for fluid management tasks requiring both efficiency and durability.
Engineered as a 4" x 3" end‑suction configuration, the pump integrates ANSI-compliant flanges – 4" 300# ANSI suction and 3" 150# ANSI discharge – providing easy compatibility with existing piping systems in industrial infrastructures. Its drive options include close‑coupled 324JM and 326JM motor configurations, as well as a PumPak® version for users who prefer integrating their own motor solutions.
A standard Type 21 mechanical seal (Carbon/Ceramic/Viton) protects the rotating assembly, ensuring dependable sealing performance even under demanding service conditions. For more advanced system setups, a Plan 11 seal flush option is available, supporting improved heat dissipation and extended seal life.
The motor capacity reaches up to 50 HP (37.3 kW), providing the power necessary for high‑flow and elevated‑head applications. Thoughtful mechanical integration – such as the impeller being threaded directly onto the motor shaft – helps reduce maintenance complexity and ensures mechanical integrity during operation.
