CHEMFLO® 2 CC | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 2 CC centrifugal pump is a high‑performance stainless steel solution engineered for demanding fluid‑handling applications across agricultural, commercial, industrial, marine, and OEM environments. Designed around durability, chemical resistance, and hydraulic efficiency, the ChemFlo® 2 CC provides reliable operation even in challenging pumping conditions.

Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 2 CC is built from premium investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability in processes involving aggressive chemicals or harsh environmental exposure. The pump utilizes a semi‑open 5.25" (133.35 mm) impeller, also manufactured from cast 316 stainless steel, enabling efficient handling of fluids containing small solids while maintaining stable flow characteristics.

Designed as a close‑coupled centrifugal pump, it is available in both 56C and 145TC frame motor configurations, as well as in the PumPAK® version (pump end only). For 145TC assemblies, the motor must include a mounting base to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. The unit supports motor outputs up to 3 HP (2.2 kW), enabling it to achieve flow rates up to 100 GPM (22.7 m³/h) and heads up to 108 ft (33 m) depending on system conditions.

The pump features a standard Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, offering chemical compatibility for a wide variety of media, with additional special seal combinations available to match application‑specific requirements. A 316 stainless steel drive sleeve further protects internal components from wear and chemical exposure. Optional accessories include hydraulic motor configurations and ports for recirculation or seal flushing, supporting enhanced reliability in complex installations.

With its rugged construction, efficient hydraulic design, and modular configuration options, the ChemFlo® 2 CC is well‑suited for users requiring high corrosion resistance and dependable long‑term performance.
