CHEMFLO® 2 - Pedestal | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 2 Pedestal is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal pump engineered for demanding commercial, industrial, and marine applications. Constructed entirely from investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, this pump delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and long‑term reliability when handling a wide range of chemical compounds. Its pedestal-mounted configuration allows flexible integration into custom drive systems while maintaining compatibility with both 56C and 145TC motor interfaces.

Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 2 Pedestal utilizes a precision‑crafted hydraulic design optimized for efficient fluid transfer and dependable operation even in harsh environments. The pump features an enclosed 5.25" (133.35 mm) impeller, investment‑cast from 316 stainless steel, ensuring balanced performance, improved durability, and enhanced resistance to erosive and corrosive media. With a maximum flow capacity of 110 GPM (25 m³/h) at 3500 RPM and a pumping head reaching 108 ft (33 m), the unit is well suited for medium‑duty chemical transfer and circulation systems.

All wetted components are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, providing superior resistance against aggressive chemicals and saline environments. The standard sealing configuration includes a Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, engineered for durability and chemical compatibility, with additional seal options available for specialized applications. A Viton O‑ring further ensures robust sealing performance in elevated temperature and corrosive conditions.

The pump’s pedestal (PumpPak® style) configuration allows users to pair the pump end with a variety of drive types, including electric motors and hydraulic power units. This modularity enables seamless integration into both fixed and mobile systems while supporting high‑speed operations when required. The design remains fully interchangeable with 56C or 145TC motor frames (motor must include a base when configured with 145TC).
