CHEMFLO® 3 CC | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 3 CC is part of MP Pumps’ well‑established ChemFlo® stainless‑steel pump series, known for robust construction and dependable operation in applications where resistance to corrosion and contamination is essential. The pump is built with investment‑cast 316 stainless steel for its casing, impeller, and wetted components, ensuring long service life even when exposed to aggressive chemicals or harsh environmental conditions. Its 5.25″ (133.35 mm) semi‑open impeller allows efficient handling of fluids containing larger particulates compared to enclosed impeller designs, offering improved flow characteristics and reduced clogging tendency. 

Designed for versatility, the ChemFlo® 3 CC can be configured as a close‑coupled unit—compatible with 56C, 145TC, and 184C motor frames—or supplied as a PumPAK® option without motor for flexible integration into existing systems. Hydraulic motor configurations are also available, making it adaptable for mobile or remote pumping systems where electrical power is limited. The pump supports flow rates up to 125 GPM (28.4 m³/h) and heads up to 125 ft (38 m), delivering consistent performance across a broad operational range. 

Its mechanical seal options include a standard carbon/ceramic/Viton configuration, with multiple special‑material combinations available on request for fluids requiring advanced sealing solutions. A 316 stainless steel drive sleeve enhances corrosion resistance and further protects the rotating assembly. Users may also select optional features such as hydraulic motors or taps for recirculation and seal flushing to meet application‑specific needs.
