CHEMFLO® 3 - Hydraulic | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 3 Hydraulic pump is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal pump engineered for demanding fluid‑handling applications requiring durable 316 stainless steel construction. Designed for agricultural, industrial, commercial, marine, and OEM environments, the pump delivers exceptional hydraulic efficiency and reliability under high‑pressure operating conditions

Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 3 Hydraulic pump is constructed using premium investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and long‑term durability in harsh and chemically aggressive environments. Featuring a 2" x 1‑1/2" NPT end‑suction configuration, the unit incorporates a semi‑open 5.25" (133.35 mm) impeller that enhances solids‑handling capability and minimizes clogging, making it ideal for applications where suspended particulates or contaminants are present.

The hydraulic drive system is powered by a high‑efficiency gerotor motor offered in two displacement options—0.22 and 0.37 cubic inches—that support hydraulic flows up to 10 GPM (2.27 m³/h). This configuration allows the pump to operate at pressures reaching 2600 PSI (179 bar), enabling robust and consistent performance even under heavy‑duty operational loads.

The pump achieves flow rates up to 240 GPM (54.5 m³/h) and heads up to 200 ft (61 m), delivering the high throughput and pressure capabilities necessary for demanding transfer, circulation, and supply applications. The standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal ensures dependable sealing performance, while optional special‑material seal combinations make it adaptable for specialty fluids and extreme chemical exposures.Optional hydraulic motors with flow control allow for application‑specific configuration, enabling more precise system optimization. The rugged construction, flexible hydraulic drive, and performance attributes of the ChemFlo® 3 Hydraulic make it a versatile solution for both fixed and mobile fluid‑handling systems.
