Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 4 CC pump is built using high‑quality investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosive fluids and harsh operating conditions. Its 2" x 1‑1/2" NPT suction and discharge connections support robust flow performance, reaching up to 180 GPM (40.9 m³/h) with heads up to 80 ft (24.4 m).

The semi‑open 4.50" (114.3 mm) impeller design enables efficient handling of applications that may contain larger solid particles, reducing clogging risks and enhancing service life in challenging environments. The impeller, also cast from 316 stainless steel, ensures mechanical strength and consistent hydraulic efficiency.

ChemFlo® 4 CC pumps are available as complete close‑coupled units or as PumPAK® configurations without a motor. Motor options include 56C and 145TC frame designs, with power ratings up to 3 HP (2.2 kW). When specifying a PumPAK for a 145TC frame, the motor must include a mounting base for compatibility.

Seal integrity is maintained through a standard Type 2100 mechanical seal consisting of carbon, ceramic, and Viton components—suitable for a wide spectrum of fluids. Special seal material combinations are also available for more demanding fluid chemistries. Additional customization options include recirculation or seal flush taps, as well as hydraulic motor‑driven or shaft‑driven pedestal configurations.

With its rugged 316 stainless steel drive sleeve, modular design, and flexible drive options, the ChemFlo® 4 CC delivers long‑lasting performance and adaptability across a wide range of pumping systems.
