Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 5 Hydraulic pump is built using high‑quality investment‑cast 316 stainless steel components, ensuring exceptional resistance to chemicals, saltwater, fertilizers, and abrasive media. Its precision‑engineered 6.18" (156.97 mm) enclosed impeller maximizes hydraulic efficiency and enables the pump to generate high heads up to 200 ft (61 m) and flow rates reaching 300 GPM (68.1 m³/h).

Unlike semi‑open designs, the enclosed impeller construction offers increased energy efficiency, consistent performance over time, and reduced hydraulic losses, making it suitable for systems requiring stable output under varying operating conditions.

The pump is driven by robust gerotor-type hydraulic motors, available in 1.16 cu in (19.0 cm³) and 1.59 cu in (26.0 cm³) displacements, supporting hydraulic flows up to 28 GPM (6.35 m³/h) with a maximum hydraulic system pressure of 1500 PSI (103 bar). Select motor options are bi‑rotational, providing installation flexibility in mobile or fixed equipment.

Designed for broad compatibility, the ChemFlo® 5 Hydraulic utilizes a standard Type 2100 mechanical seal (carbon/ceramic/Viton), with additional seal materials available for specialized fluid handling. Its 2" x 1½" ANSI 125# flanged connections enable easy integration into existing systems and ensure secure, leak‑tight operation.

This combination of corrosion‑resistant materials, advanced impeller geometry, and hydraulic motor flexibility makes the ChemFlo® 5 a versatile pumping solution across numerous industries.
