Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 5 Pedestal pump is built around a rugged, investment‑cast 316 stainless steel hydraulic assembly, providing superior resistance to chemical attack and mechanical wear. Its enclosed 6.18" (156.97 mm) impeller is specifically engineered for optimized hydraulic performance, delivering higher heads and improved operating efficiencies compared with semi‑open impeller designs. Multiple impeller trims allow precise alignment with application‑specific duty requirements and help maintain energy‑efficient operation across a broad flow spectrum.

With maximum performance capabilities reaching 300 GPM (68 m³/h) and 157 ft (48 m) of total dynamic head, the ChemFlo® 5 is well suited for aggressive liquid‑handling operations. Its wetted components—including impeller, casing, and drive sleeve—are constructed entirely from investment‑cast 316 stainless steel to ensure long‑term chemical compatibility and structural integrity.

The pump is equipped with a standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, with optional seal materials available for more challenging chemical duties. Engineered as a PumPAK® configuration, the pedestal version is compatible with 145TC, 184TC, and 215TC motor frames, offering flexible drive selection in retrofit or new system installations. For 145TC installations, a motor base is required.

This robust construction and modular drive versatility make the ChemFlo® 5 Pedestal a reliable, long‑life solution for industrial operators who require corrosion‑resistant, high‑efficiency pumping performance.
