Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 6 CC centrifugal pump is constructed using high‑quality investment‑cast 316 stainless steel components, ensuring excellent resistance to chemical attack, pitting and corrosion. This makes the pump ideal for a wide spectrum of applications where stainless steel is essential for safety, reliability and extended service life.

At the heart of the unit is a precision‑engineered 6.18-inch enclosed impeller. This design offers higher operating efficiency and increased head capability compared to conventional semi-open impellers. The enclosed impeller also contributes to reduced turbulence, improved hydraulic performance and enhanced wear characteristics.

The ChemFlo® 6 CC is capable of delivering flow rates up to 450 GPM (102 m³/h) and total dynamic head up to 157 ft (48 m). Multiple impeller trims allow users to match pump performance precisely to application requirements. To support diverse installation needs, the pump is available both as a complete motorized unit and as a PumPAK® assembly (pump end only). Motor compatibility includes 145TC, 184TC and 215TC frame sizes, with available power ratings up to 15 HP (11 kW).

The standard mechanical seal is a Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton design suitable for general chemical service, with optional special seal materials available for more aggressive media or elevated operational demands. Additional upgrades include seal flush or recirculation taps, hydraulic-driven pedestals and shaft-driven pedestal configurations.

The stainless-steel drive sleeve further enhances corrosion resistance and extends mechanical seal life by protecting the drive shaft from wear and chemical exposure. Overall, the ChemFlo® 6 CC is engineered to deliver optimal performance, mechanical reliability, and enhanced operational flexibility in the most challenging pumping environments.
