CHEMFLO® 6 - Pedestal | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 6 Pedestal pump is built around a robust investment‑cast 316 stainless‑steel hydraulic design, offering enhanced reliability in chemically aggressive environments. Its enclosed 6.18" (156.97 mm) impeller maximizes hydraulic efficiency and enables the pump to achieve higher heads than standard semi‑open impellers. Multiple impeller trims allow precise performance matching, supporting flow rates up to 450 GPM (102 m³/h) and total dynamic heads up to 157 feet (48 m). 

The pump is equipped with a standard Type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, with additional specialty seal materials available for more demanding chemical applications. All wetted components – including the impeller, pump casing, and drive sleeve – are constructed from 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, chemical attack, and wear. 

The pedestal‑mounted PumPAK® configuration provides maximum flexibility for system integration, allowing compatibility with 145TC, 184TC, and 215TC NEMA frame motors. When paired with a 145TC motor, a motor base is required. The unit is also available in close‑coupled, hydraulic, and standalone pump end designs, making it adaptable to a variety of drive arrangements.
