CHEMFLO® 7 CC | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 7 CC centrifugal pump is part of the robust ChemFlo® stainless‑steel series, designed specifically for applications where performance, material quality, and efficiency are critical. Its investment‑cast 316 stainless steel construction ensures high structural integrity and resistance to chemically aggressive fluids, while the enclosed impeller design enables significantly higher heads and improved hydraulic efficiency compared to semi‑open alternatives. 

With multiple impeller trim options, the ChemFlo® 7 CC delivers flexible performance tailored to system requirements, achieving flow rates up to 200 GPM (45.4 m³/h) and heads up to 280 ft (85 m). The pump supports a wide range of drive configurations, including close‑coupled motors (145TC to 256TC) and PumPAK® pedestal versions for custom motor installations. Depending on the model, the unit can be paired with motors up to 15 HP (11 kW), providing the versatility to integrate seamlessly into various pumping systems. 

A broad selection of mechanical seals, including the standard carbon/ceramic/Viton configuration, ensures compatibility with diverse fluids. Additional options such as recirculation taps, seal flush ports, and hydraulic motor‑driven pedestals further expand the pump’s adaptability. The stainless‑steel drive sleeve enhances shaft protection and extends service life – even in demanding operating conditions.
