CHEMFLO® 7 - Hydraulic | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 7 Hydraulic pump is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal unit engineered for demanding fluid‑handling applications requiring the superior corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel. Designed for agricultural, industrial, commercial, marine, and OEM environments, it delivers reliable hydraulic‑driven operation with an impressive balance of flow, head, and durability.

Product Overview

Constructed using high‑quality investment‑cast 316 stainless steel, the ChemFlo® 7 Hydraulic pump provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, chemical exposure, and abrasive wear, making it ideal for harsh process environments.

At its core, the pump is equipped with an 8.0-inch enclosed impeller, specifically engineered to achieve higher heads and improved hydraulic efficiency compared to semi-open impellers. This optimized design enables flow rates of up to 240 GPM (54.5 m³/h) and total dynamic head capability of up to 300 feet (91 m), ensuring consistent performance across a wide range of duty points.

The hydraulic version of the ChemFlo® 7 is powered by robust gerotor‑type hydraulic motors, available in 1.16 or 1.59 cubic inch displacement (9.0 or 26.0 cm³) configurations. These motors support hydraulic fluid flows reaching up to 28 GPM (6.35 m³/h) and can withstand system pressures of up to 2100 PSI (145 bar), providing powerful and stable drive performance in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems. Some motor configurations are also bi‑rotational, adding flexibility for custom installations.

Multiple sealing options—including special‑material mechanical seals—allow customization to meet fluid compatibility requirements. The standard seal supplied is a carbon/ceramic/Viton assembly, delivering reliable long‑term operation even in chemically aggressive environments.

The pump features 2" x 1" 125# ANSI flanges, ensuring secure, industrial‑grade port connections. Its rugged stainless‑steel build and hydraulic power configuration make it suitable for remote locations, mobile machinery, off‑grid operations, and any application where electric motors are impractical.
