CHEMFLO® 7 - Pedestal | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 7 Pedestal pump is a high‑performance, stainless-steel centrifugal solution engineered for demanding fluid‑handling applications across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and marine environments. Built with fully wetted 316 investment‑cast stainless-steel components, it delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability when handling chemical compounds or aggressive fluids. Its pedestal‑mount PumPAK® configuration allows versatile integration with various motor frames, making the ChemFlo® 7 an adaptable choice for OEMs and operators requiring reliability and efficiency.

Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 7 Pedestal is designed around an enclosed 8.0" (203.2 mm) 316 stainless‑steel impeller that provides superior hydraulic performance compared to semi‑open designs. This impeller geometry enables the pump to achieve flows up to 200 GPM (45 m³/h) and total dynamic head up to 280 ft (85 m), making it ideal for high‑demand transfer, circulation, and process applications.

All wetted components are precision investment‑cast from 316 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional chemical compatibility, reduced erosion, and minimized maintenance. The pump accommodates a variety of mechanical seal options, including the standard carbon/ceramic/Viton seal, with optional material combinations available for more aggressive media.

The pedestal configuration features a PumPAK® pump end that is fully interchangeable with 145TC, 184TC, 215TC, and 256TC motor frames. This compatibility simplifies integration into new or existing systems, especially for OEM applications requiring flexibility in drive selection. When paired with 145TC motors, a motor base is required for proper assembly.

With multiple drive options – including pedestal mount, hydraulic drive, and close-coupled configurations – the ChemFlo® 7 Pedestal adapts easily across a wide range of installations. The 316 stainless‑steel drive sleeve further enhances durability, protecting the shaft and extending component life in corrosive operating environments.
