CHEMFLO® 9 CC | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 9 is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal pump engineered for demanding applications requiring superior corrosion resistance, reliability, and high hydraulic efficiency. Built using premium investment‑cast 316 stainless steel components, it delivers exceptional durability and performance across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and marine environments. Designed to achieve higher heads and improved efficiency, the ChemFlo® 9 is ideal for handling corrosive fluids, chemical blends, and other challenging process liquids.

Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 9 centrifugal pump incorporates an enclosed 9.95" (252.7 mm) impeller, hydraulically optimized to deliver significantly higher heads and efficiencies than typical semi‑open impellers. This design enables the pump to meet duty points up to 270 GPM (61 m³/h) with maximum heads reaching 460 ft (140 m). Its investment‑cast 316 stainless steel construction ensures superior resistance to chemical corrosion, pitting, and stress cracking, making it suitable for both aggressive and high‑purity media.

Multiple impeller trim options allow the pump to be tailored precisely to system demands, offering optimized efficiency across a broad operating range. The standard mechanical seal configuration uses carbon/ceramic/Viton materials, with a wide array of optional seal combinations available for compatibility with specialized fluids.

The ChemFlo® 9 series is available in pump (with motor) and PumPAK® (bare pump end) configurations. Compatible motor frames include 184TC, 215TC, 256TC, 284TSC, and 286TSC, giving users flexibility to match the pump to a variety of power and installation standards. The PumPAK® version requires the selected motor to include a base for proper mounting.

The pump is equipped with a 316 stainless steel drive sleeve, providing additional corrosion protection and long‑term wear resistance in harsh environments. Its ANSI 150# flanged suction/discharge ports (2" x 1") ensure reliable integration with industrial piping systems, while the rugged pedestal and close‑coupled configurations support easy installation and minimal maintenance.
