Product Overview

The ILX centrifugal transportation circulator is a precision‑engineered inline pump built to deliver dependable hydraulic performance in systems where space, efficiency, and durability are critical. Its rugged aluminum housing is machined for optimal alignment and mechanical strength, ensuring consistent output even during extended operation. The pump features a semi‑open nickel‑steel impeller with a 2.5" (63.5 mm) diameter, providing excellent resistance to wear, improved flow characteristics, and reliable handling of coolant and water mixtures. 

To accommodate diverse system requirements, the pump is equipped with 1" x 1" hose ports and an optional internal nozzle tapped for 1/2" female NPT connections, enhancing compatibility across a variety of circulation circuits. The ILX achieves flow rates up to 12 GPM (79 LPM) and supports a maximum head of 17 ft (5.1 m), delivering stable hydraulic performance in compact coolant loops and auxiliary liquid transfer systems. Its integrated 12V DC brushed electric motor is enclosed in splash‑ and weather‑resistant housing, allowing operation in challenging ambient conditions. Dual 18" long 14 AWG motor leads simplify installation and electrical integration, while the stamped‑steel base with four vibration‑isolating grommets minimizes noise transmission and mechanical stress. The pump is sealed with a carbon/ceramic/Viton arrangement, ensuring fluid compatibility and extended service life in elevated temperature environments up to 220°F (104°C).
