Product Overview

The MDX centrifugal pump integrates a robust, corrosion‑resistant aluminum housing with a 2.5-inch semi-open stainless steel impeller to deliver dependable operation in environments requiring efficient fluid circulation. With a maximum flow capacity of 25 GPM (97 LPM) and a total dynamic head of 20 ft (6 m), the unit provides optimal hydraulic output in compact system designs.

A key advantage of the MDX is its magnetically driven, sealless architecture, which removes the need for mechanical seals—common failure points in conventional pumps. This design ensures long-term leak-free performance and supports extended service intervals.

The pump is available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC brushless or brushed motor configurations, equipped with sealed control electronics for enhanced environmental protection. Integrated thermal protection safeguards the motor against overload and excessive temperature, automatically resetting once safe conditions return.

An adjustable or removable mounting base simplifies installation flexibility, while weather-sealed motor components allow the MDX to operate reliably in outdoor or high-vibration environments. The pump is engineered to withstand ambient temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) and fluid temperatures up to 220°F (104°C), with sustained operation at 210°F (99°C).

Its flanged suction and discharge ports are adaptable through optional 1" NPT female adapters, making the MDX versatile for integration into existing piping systems.
