SBX | Hose Centrifugal Circulator Pump

The SBX circulator pump is built around a rugged aluminum pump body paired with a 2.5" semi‑open nickel steel impeller, delivering high operational resilience and excellent performance in systems requiring continuous or intermittent coolant or water flow. Designed for booster and directional circulation tasks, the SBX achieves flow rates up to 18 GPM (68 LPM) with a maximum head of 15 ft (4.6 m), ensuring efficient system cooling and fluid movement under varying load conditions. 

Its robust DC brushed motor is enclosed in a splash‑ and weather‑resistant housing, supporting reliable operation in outdoor, mobile, and industrial applications exposed to vibration, moisture, or contaminants. The unit is equipped with dual 18" 14 AWG power leads, simplifying installation in confined or integrated system layouts. 

The SBX offers multiple seal configurations –  carbon/silicon carbide, silicon carbide/silicon carbide, or carbon/ceramic –  ensuring compatibility with different working fluids and enhancing durability against wear. Temperature‑resistant construction allows operation in ambient temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) and continuous fluid handling up to 210°F (99°C), with intermittent handling up to 220°F (104°C). A stamped‑steel base fitted with four vibration‑isolating grommets minimizes transmitted vibration, ensuring quieter operation and protecting surrounding equipment. The pump’s directional volute design provides installation flexibility, making it an adaptable solution for a wide range of circulation systems.
