HTW 120 | Hot Water Pump | Tempuflo Series

The HTW 120 is a high‑performance, end‑suction centrifugal pump engineered for high‑temperature process applications. Built to handle hot water and glycol‑based heat transfer fluids, it delivers reliable performance in demanding industrial environments where thermal stability and durability are essential.

Product Overview

The HTW 120 is designed for high‑temperature manufacturing processes using hot water, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and triethylene glycol. Its advanced thermal‑management architecture integrates an isolated seal chamber, a cooling loop (heat exchanger), and a fan clamp mounted on a standard NEMA C‑Face motor, ensuring efficient heat removal.

This system maintains the seal chamber temperature at max 170°F (77°C) even when the process fluid reaches 400°F (204°C). This dramatically extends mechanical seal life, reducing downtime and improving overall operational efficiency.

Constructed from ductile iron, the pump offers excellent strength and resistance to thermal stress. Its 5.06" (128.52 mm) enclosed steel impeller delivers flows up to 200 GPM (45.4 m³/h) and heads up to 135 ft (38.7 m).

The HTW 120 features horizontal or vertical discharge options, and supports multiple motor configurations, including 145TC and 184C close‑coupled frames, facilitating seamless integration into OEM and industrial systems. With a maximum temperature capability of 650°F (343°C), it is purpose‑built for high‑heat transfer applications requiring reliability, thermal control, and long service life.
