CHEMFLO® 3 - Hydraulic | Chemical Pump

The ChemFlo® 3 Hydraulic End Suction Centrifugal Pump is a pinnacle of engineering excellence, meticulously crafted to meet the rigorous demands of various industries. Constructed with high-quality investment cast 316 stainless steel components, this pump is designed for durability and reliability in a wide array of applications, including agricultural, commercial, industrial, marine, and OEM environments.

One of the standout features of the ChemFlo® 3 is its semi-open impeller design. This innovative design allows for the passage of larger solid sizes compared to similar-sized enclosed impellers, significantly reducing the risk of clogging and minimizing maintenance requirements. This makes the ChemFlo® 3 an ideal choice for applications where debris and solid particles are present.

The pump offers multiple seal options to cater to different operational needs. The standard type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal ensures robust performance, while special seal material combinations are available for more demanding applications. This flexibility in seal options enhances the pump's adaptability to various environments and fluid types.

The ChemFlo® 3 hydraulic pumps are equipped with gerotor motors, available in .22 cu. in. (3,6 cm³) or .37 cu. in. (6,1 cm³) displacement options. These motors support hydraulic flows up to 10 GPM (37,9 l/min) and can handle a maximum pressure of 2500 PSI (172 bar), providing powerful and efficient performance. The hydraulic system pressure can reach up to 2600 PSI (179 bar), ensuring the pump can operate under high-pressure conditions without compromising on efficiency.

For applications requiring superior corrosion resistance, the ChemFlo® 3 is also available in a CFB 3 variant, constructed from nickel aluminum bronze (NiBrAl). All wetted parts, including the drive sleeve, are made from CA 958 nickel aluminum bronze, offering exceptional protection against corrosion in seawater and other harsh environments. This makes the CFB 3 variant particularly suitable for marine applications.
