The ChemFlo® 7 Hydraulic End Suction Centrifugal Pump is engineered with precision and crafted from high-quality investment cast 316 stainless steel components. This pump is designed to meet the demanding needs of various applications, including agricultural, commercial, industrial, marine, and OEM sectors.
Featuring an enclosed impeller, the ChemFlo® 7 achieves higher heads and efficiencies compared to standard semi-open impellers. With multiple hydraulic flow options, it can handle most duty points up to 240 GPM (≈ 908 L/min) and total heads up to 340 feet (≈ 104 m). The pump is equipped with a variety of mechanical seal options, including the standard type 2100 carbon/ceramic/Viton seal, ensuring reliable performance in diverse environments.
The ChemFlo® 7 hydraulic pumps are available with 1.16 or 1.59 cubic inch displacement (≈ 19 cm³ lub 26 cm³) SAE port fitting gerotor type motors, supporting hydraulic flows up to 28 GPM (≈ 106 L/min) and a maximum pressure of 2000 PSI (≈ 138 bar). Some hydraulic motors are birotational, adding to the versatility of this robust pump.
