PETROLEUM 700 | S Series | End Suction Centrifugal Pump (4" x 3")

The Petroleum 700 is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal pump engineered for reliable transfer of petroleum‑based liquids. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it supports a wide range of fuels and specialty fluids through three dedicated model configurations. With robust construction, flexible mounting options and proven hydraulic efficiency, the Petroleum 700 series ensures long‑lasting and dependable operation in critical applications.

Product Overview

The Petroleum 700 series is purpose‑built for efficient movement of petroleum‑based fluids across agricultural, industrial, marine and OEM environments. This 4" x 3" end‑suction centrifugal pump integrates high‑strength materials and precision‑engineered hydraulics to deliver consistent flow rates up to 925 GPM (210 m³/h) and discharge heads reaching 170 ft (52 m).

Each model in the series – SE 700, SG 700, and SO 700 – is optimized for compatibility with specific fuel types. The SE 700 features an enclosed cast iron impeller engineered for ethanol blends; the SG 700 incorporates an enclosed aluminum impeller ideal for gasoline, kerosene, avgas and jet fuels; while the SO 700 utilizes a durable cast iron enclosed impeller suited for biodiesel, diesel and fuel oils.

The Petroleum 700 is designed for installation versatility. It can be configured as a close‑coupled pump with a 256JP frame electric motor, or installed using pedestal or PumPAK® assemblies. The pump housing can be rotated in 90‑degree increments, allowing flexible plumbing configurations without compromising performance.

A range of dedicated mechanical seal options ensures chemical compatibility and durability under varying fuel conditions. Explosion‑proof motor configurations are available for SE and SG models (Class 1 Group D), while the SO model features a TEFC motor arrangement. Together, these design features make the Petroleum 700 a rugged and adaptable solution for environments requiring safe, efficient and contamination‑free fluid transfer.
