Product Overview

The HTO 300 is a 3" × 2‑1/2" end‑suction centrifugal hot oil pump featuring a robust ductile‑iron construction optimized for thermal expansion resistance and long‑term durability. Its enclosed 7.0" (177.8 mm) steel impeller provides efficient flow characteristics, enabling the pump to reach capacities of up to 500 GPM (113.6 m³/h) and heads of up to 190 ft (58 m).

To ensure safe operation at extreme temperatures, the HTO 300 incorporates patented ambient‑air seal‑cooling technology that significantly reduces seal operating temperature, extending seal life and reducing downtime. The standard carbon/silicon‑carbide/Viton seal is supported by an optional severe‑duty alternative for the most extreme environments.

Designed for flexibility, the pump is available in multiple configurations—including close‑coupled (184TC, 215TC), pedestal‑mounted, or as a PumPAK® unit (pump end only)—making integration into OEM equipment and custom system designs straightforward. The pump supports motor ratings up to 20 HP (14.7 kW), offering a strong balance between power and efficiency.The precision‑machined 303 stainless steel drive sleeve ensures superior corrosion resistance while protecting the shaft against wear, particularly in high‑temperature or contaminated fluids often present in industrial heat‑transfer systems.
