Product Overview

The Series 300 End Suction Centrifugal Pump is constructed with rugged cast iron pump components and corrosion‑resistant stainless steel fasteners, providing long-term durability in harsh operating environments. Its dynamically balanced 7" enclosed impeller ensures smooth operation with minimal vibration, optimizing hydraulic performance and extending bearing life.

The pump features a standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal that is self‑adjusting and compatible with a wide range of fluids. This design enhances seal longevity while allowing reliable operation under fluctuating pressures and temperatures. For more specialized applications, various alternative seal material combinations are available.

Engineered for versatility, the Series 300 accommodates several drive options - including close‑coupled configurations (215JP, 254JP, 256JP), pedestal assemblies, hydraulic motor options (1.16 cu in / 19 cm³ and 1.58 cu in / 25.9 cm³), and a Pump-End‑Only loose parts kit-offering flexibility for OEM integration or system upgrades. The pump is also available as a fully tested "Wet End" PumPAK®, enabling rapid installation onto standard NEMA frame motors. Capable of delivering up to 520 GPM (118.1 m³/h) and heads reaching 190 ft (35 m), the Series 300 provides the flow and pressure performance required for demanding pumping operations. The design supports solid-handling up to 0.47" (11.9 mm), making it suitable for applications where fluid purity cannot be guaranteed.
