Series 300 - Hydraulic | Industrial Liquid Centrifugal Pump

The MP Pumps Series 300 Hydraulic is a high‑performance end‑suction centrifugal pump designed for demanding hydraulic‑powered applications. Engineered for reliability, efficiency, and long service life, it provides robust fluid‑handling capabilities across agricultural, industrial, marine, and OEM environments. With exceptionally durable materials, high hydraulic pressure tolerance, and flexible motor configurations, the Series 300 Hydraulic pump delivers dependable operation even under challenging conditions.

Product Overview

The Series 300 Hydraulic is a 3" x 2½" end‑suction centrifugal pump equipped with a rugged hydraulic drive system, enabling operation where traditional electric or engine‑driven units may not be suitable. Designed for flows up to 520 GPM (118.1 m³/h) and heads reaching 220 ft (67 m), this pump excels in high‑demand fluid transfer processes requiring both volume and efficiency.

The pump’s heavy‑duty cast iron construction ensures excellent durability in abrasive or contaminated environments, while stainless‑steel fasteners provide enhanced corrosion resistance for long‑term structural integrity. A dynamically balanced 7" enclosed cast iron impeller minimizes vibration, decreases bearing load, and improves overall hydraulic efficiency.

For sealing performance, the Series 300 uses a standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, offering chemical compatibility across a broad range of liquid types. This self‑adjusting seal design ensures consistent leak protection and reduced maintenance requirements.

The hydraulic drive system accommodates two gerotor motor displacement options—1.16 in³ (19 cm³) or 1.59 in³ (26 cm³)—allowing users to match flow characteristics to application‑specific performance needs. With a hydraulic fluid flow of up to 27 GPM (6.1 m³/h) and operating pressures reaching 2200 PSI (151.6 bar), the pump offers flexibility and power suitable for mobile machinery, equipment retrofits, and integrated system designs.

Its ability to handle solids up to 0.47" (11.9 mm) further enhances versatility in environments with suspended particulates. Optional configurations, such as a female spline shaft (without hydraulic motor), provide additional customization possibilities.

Overall, the Series 300 Hydraulic combines robust mechanical engineering with fluid‑dynamic efficiency, making it a reliable solution for professionals seeking performance, longevity, and adaptability.
