Product Overview
The HHLF “High Output” pump represents an enhanced evolution of MP Pumps’ existing HHLF platform, delivering a substantial performance upgrade through a newly engineered 7.5-inch Silicon Bronze CA 875 impeller integrated into the existing housing architecture. This design increases the pump’s maximum TDH from 190 ft to 250 ft (76 m), enabling efficient operation in systems requiring strong pressure performance. An added O-ring on the discharge port improves sealing integrity at the higher pressures generated by the upgraded hydraulic design.
The pump supports various mounting and drive configurations, including close-coupled NEMA C-face motor frames (184TC / 215TC), engine drive, hydraulic drive, and Pedestal or PumPak® setups, ensuring seamless integration into a wide range of mechanical systems. Engine‑driven configurations are compatible with both gasoline and diesel engines using 1" keyed shafts, offering flexibility for mobile or remote equipment. The HHLF “HO” utilizes high‑quality materials such as Cast Iron Class 30 or Silicon Bronze CA 875 for its housing and adaptor, paired with a 304 Stainless Steel drive sleeve for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The pump features a rugged self‑priming centrifugal design, optimized for high‑head, low‑flow duty, with flow rates reaching up to 150 GPM (34 m³/h). Its Type 21 Carbon/Ceramic/Viton mechanical seal, with optional alternatives available, ensures compatibility with various media and operational environments. The volute and impeller assembly is fully removable and designed for easy serviceability, reducing maintenance downtime and supporting long-term reliability. Approved by ABS and compliant with 46 CFR auxiliary fire control requirements (USCG), the HHLF “High Output” is ideal for critical safety systems and mission‑critical fluid handling.
