Product Overview
The HHLF (High Head Low Flow) self‑priming centrifugal pump features a high suction centerline and optimized impeller geometry to maintain stable prime and prevent premature priming loss. This design ensures consistent performance even during intermittent or demanding operating conditions. The pump is capable of delivering flow rates up to 140 GPM (31.8 m³/h) and generating heads up to 190 ft (58 m), making it ideal for systems requiring robust pressure capabilities coupled with controlled flow output.
The HHLF series is available in multiple configurations, including close‑coupled NEMA “C” Face electric motor versions, PumPAK® models (pump only), pedestal‑mounted assemblies, and engine drive versions compatible with both gasoline and diesel engines using a 1" keyed shaft. Hydraulic motor options and multiple horsepower ranges (5.5–7.5 HP) allow the pump to be seamlessly integrated into various power systems.
The removable volute and impeller simplify maintenance and servicing, while corrosion‑resistant materials – such as 304 stainless steel drive sleeves, Class 30 cast iron, and CA 875 silicon bronze – ensure reliable performance in harsh operating conditions. Seal options include the standard carbon/ceramic/Viton mechanical seal as well as additional optional seal configurations to meet specific media or application requirements.
Built for durability, versatility, and regulatory compliance, the HHLF is a proven solution for a wide variety of professional pumping applications.
