Product Overview
The HHLF Hydraulic combines advanced hydraulic drive technology with a high‑efficiency impeller and volute design to provide exceptional priming capability and consistent pressure performance. Equipped with a high suction centerline, the pump minimizes the risk of priming loss while achieving suction lifts of up to 25 ft (7.6 m). Its removable volute and impeller support simplified serviceability, enabling quick replacement and reducing downtime in critical operations.
Constructed from durable materials such as bronze, cast iron, and stainless steel, the pump offers high corrosion and wear resistance even in demanding environments. The impeller—available in Class 30 cast iron or CA‑875 silicon bronze—ensures optimized hydraulic performance and long service life. Its robust hydraulic motor with a displacement of 0.73 cu. in. (11.96 cm³) provides smooth, efficient operation across varying load conditions.
The HHLF Hydraulic is designed for pressure heads up to 300 ft (91.4 m) and flows up to 180 GPM (40.8 m³/h), providing exceptional capability for systems requiring strong pressure output paired with controlled flow. A range of available mechanical seal configurations—including standard carbon/ceramic/Viton—supports compatibility with different media and operational requirements.
With NPT suction and discharge options in 1.5" × 1.5" or 2" × 2" configurations, the pump integrates easily into new or existing systems. A Class 30 cast‑iron or CA‑875 bronze adapter further enhances structural integrity, while the 304 stainless steel drive sleeve prevents corrosion and extends mechanical longevity.
This design excellence makes the HHLF Hydraulic a preferred solution where high pressure, reliability, and regulatory compliance are essential.
