Spraying, Fertilizers, Irrigation & Nurse Trailers

Applications such as crop spraying, liquid fertilizer transfer, slurry tankers and irrigation systems require strong self-priming capability, resistance to contaminants and fast field service.

FLOMAX pumps provide:

  • Self-priming capability up to approx. 25 ft (8 m)
  • Flow rates up to approx. 750 GPM (170 m³/h)*
  • Total head up to approx. 225 ft (70 m)*
  • Service-friendly design allowing maintenance without disconnecting piping
  • Semi-open impeller to improve solids handling and reduce clogging
  • Open seal chamber to help limit the impact of contaminants
  • Stainless steel shaft sleeve for corrosion and wear protection
  • Dynamically balanced impeller to reduce vibration and extend bearing life

Available drive configurations – including engine-driven, hydraulic drive and pedestal-mounted versions – allow seamless integration into existing agricultural systems. Modular pump-end designs also enable fast replacement without changing the drive unit.

During peak season, refueling must be fast, safe and reliable. Whether for mobile fuel tanks in the field, service trailers or stationary base installations, pump performance directly affects machine uptime.

MP Pumps fuel transfer solutions (PETROLMAXX pumps) deliver:

  • Flow rates up to approx. 900 GPM (205 m³/h)
  • Fast self-priming performance in challenging suction conditions
  • Reliable operation even when the pump is positioned above fluid level
  • Compatibility with diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, kerosene and ethanol (E85)
  • Explosion-proof motor options (Class I Group D) for volatile fuels
  • Materials and sealing solutions matched to specific fuel groups
