Product Overview

The ChemFlo® 8 Hydraulic pump is part of MP Pumps’ well‑established ChemFlo® series, constructed with investment‑cast 316 stainless steel to ensure resistance to corrosion, aggressive chemicals, and challenging environments. This model features an enclosed 8-inch (203.2 mm) impeller, engineered specifically to generate higher heads and improved hydraulic efficiency compared with semi‑open impeller designs.

With a maximum capacity of 395 GPM (89.7 m³/h) and the ability to produce heads up to 305 ft (93 m), the pump is capable of operating across a wide range of duty points. The hydraulic drive is powered by a 1.59 cu. in. displacement gerotor-type motor, capable of handling hydraulic flows of up to 26 GPM (5.9 m³/h). This configuration provides smooth, consistent torque delivery and is suited for systems where hydraulic power is preferred or already integrated.

The pump supports multiple mechanical seal configurations, including the standard carbon/ceramic/Viton seal, making it adaptable to a variety of fluids and operating environments. Constructed around ANSI flange connections (3" suction × 1½" discharge), the unit integrates seamlessly into industrial piping systems.

Built for reliability, the hydraulic motor can operate at pressures up to 2400 PSI (165 bar), offering durable performance in demanding mobile, fixed, or remote installations. Some motor variants are bi-directional, increasing installation flexibility and enabling reversible flow demands when required.
